Theatre of 200 seats with balcony in a preserved building that was formerly a warehouse. It is an open-stage theatre with a revolving stage of 5.5m. The basement accommodates the under-stage, auxiliary spaces and a small experimental stage.
The ground floor accommodates the foyer, while the attic and a semi floor accommodate the dressing rooms, the air-conditioning units and a storeroom.

The acoustics design required two reflectors that were made of plasterboard and were completed with a truss, allowing the black two-sided roof to be seen behind it. Those reflectors also provide support for the hall lighting equipment.
